[Pickup and Delivery Policy Under Typhoon and Rainstorm Warnings]

• No Last-Minute Changes: All orders must be picked up as scheduled.
• Change Fees: Any last-minute requests for reschedule will incur an additional handling fee due to preparation costs (based on cake size):
  • 5-inch: $400 | 6-inch: $500 | 8-inch: $600 | 10-inch: $800

• Notice Period for Rescheduling: Requests to change the pickup date must be made at least 2 days prior to the original pickup date.
• Within 24 Hours / Same-Day Requests: Since the cake is already fully or nearly completed, NO rescheduling, cancellations, or refunds will be accepted. Unclaimed cakes will be discarded, and the payment will be forfeited.
• Fee Waiver: If an order is rescheduled due to these severe weather warnings, and the new pickup date falls on the same day or within 3 days after the warning is lifted, no additional fees will be charged.
• Remaking Fees: If the new pickup date is 4 days or more after the warning is lifted, an additional remaking fee will apply, as the cake must be remade to ensure freshness:
  • 5-inch: $400 | 6-inch: $500 | 8-inch: $600 | 10-inch: $800

• Discretionary Pickup: During these warnings, our store may open for self-pickup at our sole discretion, subject to safety conditions. However, if the warning is lifted outside of our regular business hours, self-pickup will not be available.
• Suspension of Delivery: All express delivery and courier services will be fully suspended while Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, Red, or Black Rainstorm Warnings are in effect.
