* Photo Quality Requirements: Please provide high-resolution (HD), well-lit, and sharply focused original photos. Avoid using screenshots or heavily filtered/beautified photos, as this may affect the final print quality.
* Edible Ink Color Variance: Edible photos are printed on natural sugar/wafer paper using food-safe coloring. Because the tinting mechanism of edible ink differs from standard paper ink, the final printed colors may have a normal variance of 10%-15% compared to your phone screen (usually slightly darker or lighter).
* Sugar Paper Texture: Sugar paper is mainly made of starch and sugar, which naturally has a slightly rough texture with micro-grains. During the printing and air-drying process, minor marks, tiny specks, or slight imperfections may occasionally appear. This is a normal physical reaction of food ingredients, not a quality defect, and is 100% safe to eat.
* Photo Cropping Notice: Please consider your photo's composition. We will crop the photo accordingly into a circle or square to fit the cake shape. If essential figures are too close to the edges, they might be cropped out. We highly recommend providing photos with adequate spacing around the edges.
