• 【FREE Delivery for Most Urban Areas】
  Complimentary premium delivery service is available for the vast majority of urban residential areas, commercial buildings, and hotels across Hong Kong.
• 【Designated Remote Areas: Additional Shipping Fee of +HKD $70】
  An additional delivery surcharge applies to specific or harder-to-reach locations, including but not limited to:
  • Hong Kong Island: Mid-Levels, Pok Fu Lam, Cyberport, The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel, Fung Shing Street (Ngau Chi Wan), and high-altitude/less accessible areas on Hong Kong Island.
  • Kowloon / New Territories: Sai Kung Town Centre, Sham Tseng, Castle Peak Road, Siu Lam, Gold Coast, So Kwun Wat, Kam Sheung Road (except Kam Sheung Road Station), Fairview Park, California Garden, Riva, areas around Ying Ho Road (Yuen Long), Shan Yin Road & Shan Tong Road (Tai Po), Paramount & The Horizon (Tai Po), Science Park, Pak Shek Kok, Sai Sha Road (New Ma On Shan Section), Sui Wo Road (Fo Tan), Kau To Shan, Lok Fung Path (Fo Tan), The Arles (Fo Tan), The Peak (Fo Tan), Shatin Racecourse, Sai Sha Road, Tai Po Road, and Clearwater Bay Peninsula.
  • General Categories: Suburban village houses (Village Houses) with clear and convenient vehicular access, and other less accessible locations across HK/KLN/NT.

• 【 Non-Delivery Zones — Self-Pickup or Guest-Arranged Transport Required】
  Due to traffic control restrictions, lack of public transport accessibility, or extremely rugged/steep mountain roads, we strictly DO NOT offer delivery services (whether free or paid) to the following areas:
  • Exclusive/High-Altitude Areas: The Peak, Deep Water Bay, Repulse Bay, Hong Kong Parkview, Fei Ngo Shan (Kowloon Peak), Shek O, Sai Kung (except Town Centre), and the entire Tai Tam area (e.g., Redhill Peninsula).
  • Remote Suburban Areas: Lung Kwu Tan (Tuen Mun), Whitehead Ma On Shan (including the entire BBQ area), Tai Mei Tuk, Sha Tau Kok (including Restricted Area or nearby), Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, and all deep/interior sections of rural village houses.
  • Islands: All outlying islands (e.g., Lantau Island, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Peng Chau).

 Important Notice (Delivery Updates)

• Courier Contact & Cake Photos:
  The third-party courier company will contact you directly prior to delivery. We will also send you a photo of the completed cake before it leaves our studio. Therefore, real-time delivery status updates or tracking inquiries will not be available.
• 48-Hour Modification Policy:
  NO changes or amendments will be accepted within 48 hours of your scheduled delivery (including same-day requests). If you fail to comply, you will be required to fully bear the cost of rescheduling and paying for the re-delivery fee.
• Advance Notice:
  Should you need to make any changes to your delivery details, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Monday to Thursday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Friday to Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Sundays & Public Holidays: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Noon)
