🎂 Cake Delivery & Self-Pickup Policy (Please read carefully before ordering)
1. Personal Delivery Services and Charge Rates*
【Free Delivery Across Most Hong Kong Urban Areas】:
Most residential areas, commercial buildings, and hotels in Hong Kong are eligible for our free personal delivery service.
【Designated Special Remote Areas: Requires an additional + HK$70 delivery fee】
Mid-Levels, Pok Fu Lam, Stanley, Repulse Bay, Ocean Park Marriott Hotel, Sai Kung Town Center, Sham Tseng, Castle Peak Road, Siu Lam, Tsing Lung Tau, So Kwun Wat, Ting Kau, Park Island (excluding Ma Wan Pier), Tsing Yi, Regal Riverside Hotel, Ma On Shan Town Center, Ma On Shan Villa District, Tai Po Market/Tai Po Kau and up to Hong Lok Yuen, Beverly Hills, Science Park, Pak Shek Kok, Sai Sha Road, Fo Tan (Sui Wo Road segment), Fo Tan Village District, Tai Wai (Sui Wo Road, Fo Tan Village, Hin Keng segment), Village Houses, remote locations, etc.

【❌ Non-Delivery Zones — Pickup or customer-arranged call car is required】:
Due to traffic control, lack of public transport connection, or narrow roads, we strictly DO NOT provide free delivery or paid delivery services to the following areas:
Peak, Deep Water Bay, Repulse Bay, Chung Hom Kok, Sunny Bay, Disneyland, Sai Kung District (except Town Center), Shek O, Tai O, Lantau Island (such as Discovery Bay), Ma Wan Village (including BBQ Site), Tai Po (Tai Mei Tuk), Ma On Shan White Stone (including BBQ Site), Tai Mei Tuk, Sha Tau Kok (except forbidden areas), Border Restricted Areas, Hilltops/Deep Mountain Areas, Village Houses, and all outlying islands and village houses deeply located within valleys.

II. ⚠️ High-Risk Route/Location Damage Disclaimer (Must read for buyers!)
1. Strongly Recommend Self-Pickup:
For deliveries above, up to remote areas, and village houses, due to winding roads (such as Kowloon "Nine Turns and Thirteen Curves") and steep slopes, for cake safety, we strongly recommend customers self-pickup at our Kwai Fong Studio.
2. Insistence on Delivery is at Customer's Own Risk:
If the customer assesses the risk and still insists on delivery via our professional call car fleet (such as Lalamove/Gogox) to the aforementioned high-risk areas, the risk of any cake distortion, shifting, melting, detachment, or damage during delivery must be 100% borne by the customer. Our store shall not be held liable and no refunds or exchanges will be provided.
3. Delivery Location Restrictions:
To prevent cake damage due to high outdoor temperatures or violent shaking, our delivery team refuses long-distance walking for delivery. Delivery is strictly limited to curbside handover where the vehicle can legally and safely park. If doorstep delivery is required (such as upstairs delivery), an additional distance fee will be charged based on the actual situation. If the delivery driver cannot contact the recipient or if access to village interior/steep slopes is restricted, the driver has the right to return the cake to our studio or change it to studio self-pickup; no refunds will be provided. Our store will still arrange delivery according to the customer's specified date and time slot.
📢 Important Notice:
Delivery is handled by a third-party logistics network. Product photos will be sent to you before shipment. No product quality checks are allowed on-site. No modifications will be accepted within 48 hours before shipment; otherwise, the customer must bear the full cost of the newly remade order. If any amendment is required, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
III. Kwai Fong Studio Self-Pickup Arrangement

* Pickup Hours:
• Monday to Thursday: 10:00 - 14:00
• Friday to Saturday: 10:00 - 18:30
• Sunday & Public Holidays: 09:00 - 12:00
