Thank you for choosing our custom photo cake! To ensure the best possible result for your celebration, please review the following guidelines before finalizing your order:
  • Image Quality: Please provide a high-resolution (HD), well-lit, and sharply focused original photo. We recommend avoiding screenshots or heavily filtered images, as these can affect the final print quality.
  • Color Variations: Your photo will be printed onto natural sugar sheets (icing sheets) using 100% safe, edible food coloring. Please note that edible ink behaves differently from standard paper ink. As a result, a 10% to 15% color variation from your phone screen is normal (the final image may appear slightly darker or lighter).
  • Texture & Material Characteristics: Sugar sheets are made primarily from starch and sugar, which naturally have a slightly coarse texture and fine grains. During the printing and drying process, minor surface streaks, graininess, or slight imperfections may occasionally appear. This is a natural physical property of the edible ingredients, not a quality defect, and it is entirely safe to consume.
  • Photo Cropping: We will crop your photo to fit the shape of your cake (round or square). To ensure no important details or faces are cut off, please provide a photo with ample background space around the edges.
