We accept bookings up to 2 months in advance, with a minimum notice of 1 week prior to the output date. As all items are fully handcrafted, our daily production quotas are strictly limited and handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Please place your order as early as possible.

🎨 Customers are welcome to provide their own preferred decorations, candies, and cartoon figurines.
🍰 Basic Inclusions for Smash Cakes / Piñata Cakes:
* Cake Flavor:
Original or Chocolate Chiffon Cake (with your choice of cream flavor).
* Interior Candies:
Random assortment of marshmallows, candies, and chocolates (the proportion is fixed and cannot be customized).
* Cartoon Figurine:
Includes 1 random cartoon figurine inside the cake (no photo preview of the actual figurine will be provided prior to production).
• Additional Add-ons:Extra cartoon figurines start from +$70 each; fondant figurines start from +$150 each (subject to individual quotation).
• Specific Customization: To change the built-in toy to a specified or external style, an additional exchange fee of +$50 will be charged.
• ⚠️ Note: Due to size or design constraints, figurines for certain styles will be placed outside the cake. Some specific themes do not come with any built-in figurines.

* 🌟 Complimentary English Name in Chocolate: An additional fee of +$20 will apply if the name exceeds 10 letters.
* 🌟 Complimentary Chinese Name in Black Handwritten Script: Strictly limited to 6 Chinese characters or fewer (color adjustments are not available).
* ⚠️ Candle Notice: Regular candles are not provided by default. Number candles or premium decorative candles must be purchased separately at an extra charge.

1. Exclusions from Base Price:
All base cake prices exclude macarons, tiaras/crowns, number candles, specific toys, tableware, and knives. Cake decorations may be slightly adjusted based on cake sizes and seasonal market availability.
2. Non-Edible Parts Warning:
Cakes may contain non-edible decorations, internal supports, and toppers. Please ensure they are completely removed before consumption.
3. Product Photo Confirmation:
A photo of the final product will be sent to you before shipment/pickup. For rescheduling requests, please strictly refer to our store's 【Return & Rescheduling Policy】.
4. Right of Final Decision:
All prices and styles are subject to real-time information displayed on our website. In the event of any dispute, The OVEN reserves the right of final decision.

6. Discount Exclusion:
Store discounts are only applicable to specific cake themes. All extra add-ons and premium accessories are strictly non-negotiable and excluded from discounts.
