The goods will bedelivered on the specified date ordered by the customer. The delivery companywill contact the customer directly about the receipt of the goods beforedelivery.
In order toreduce the response time, the cake will be delivered on the specified date andtime of the order. There is no need to specifically inquire when it will bedelivered on the same day (photos of the finished cake will also be sent beforedelivery)
**No changes canbe made within 48 hours before delivery, and no changes can be made on the sameday, otherwise the customer must pay the re-delivery fee**

Delivery serviceswill be suspended. If the gale or storm signal No. 8 or above is still hoistedat 3:00 pm, delivery services will be suspended for the same day. New deliverytime will be notified separately.
The store will betemporarily closed and will resume operations within two hours after theTropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 3 or below is hoisted by the Hong KongObservatory. If the No. 8 gale or storm signal is canceled and there are lessthan five hours left in the business hours, the business will be suspended forthat day.
☔️Red/Black Rainstorm Warning:
Delivery servicewill be suspended and will be rescheduled depending on the prevailingsituation.
When the redrainstorm warning signal is in effect, the store will operate normally. If theblack rainstorm warning signal is in effect during business hours, the businesshours will remain unchanged. If the black rainstorm warning signal is in effectbefore the store opens, business will be suspended and will resume operationswithin two hours after the black rainstorm warning signal is removed. If thebusiness hours are less than five hours when the black rainstorm warning isremoved, the business will be suspended for that day.
